Christine von Weizsäcker and other Ecoropa members participated in the 22nd meeting of the Subsidiary Body on Scientific, Technological and Technical Advice (SBSTTA 22) followed by the 2nd meeting of the Subsidiary Body on Implementation (SBI 2) in Montreal from 29 June till 13 July.
Topic included Conflict of Interest.

Christine von Weizsäcker and Ricarda Steinbrecher presented during a side event organized by ETC Group, Federation of German Scientists, Econexus, Ecoropa, GYBN and the Heinrich Boell Foundation. The publication “The Big Bad Fix. The Case against Climate Geoengineering” was also launched during this event.

Christine von Weizsäcker, Helena Paul, Ricarda Steinbrecher and Antje Lorch participated in the 21st Meeting of the Subsidary Body on Scientific, Technical and Technological Advice (SBSTTA 21) in Montreal.

Christine von Weizsäcker met with Dr Lim Li Ching of the Third World Network (TWN) to discuss the AHTEG meeting and Conflict of Interest Policy.
